IDT Hospice Care, Inc. is a California-based outpatient hospice agency that provides multi-level services to terminally ill individuals in their homes, skilled or residential facilities. We are Medicare and Medi-Cal providers and are accredited by ACHC. We are also a registered vendor with LA County under Vendor Code 209876. Our caregivers are knowledgeable and dedicated to serving patients and their families.
Our distinguished team of professionals, paraprofessionals, and trained volunteers at IDT Hospice Care, Inc. are sensitive and responsive to patient and family needs. Our team members are multilingual, as they are fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, Farsi, Tagalog, and Armenian. We are serving patients and their families from a wide variety of ethnic backgrounds. IDT Hospice Care, Inc. is dedicated to delivering compassionate care and support to patients with terminal illnesses. We offer comprehensive end-of-life care to individuals, regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, or ethnicity. Our commitment is to honor and respect the individual and their belongings, treating every person with dignity and respect.
