Bereavement Care and Support

Support groups and one-on-one sessions are available to provide comfort and understanding for at least a year following the patient’s passing.
Hospice Care Coordination

Social Worker Services

Additionally, they provide education on the Dying with Dignity process and options such as body donations for science, based on patient requests.

Our non-denominational chaplains at IDT Hospice Care provide compassionate spiritual support to both patients and families. Upon request, our chaplains can also assist in connecting you with your local religious leader, whether it be a priest, rabbi, minister, or spiritual advisor.
Hospice Volunteers
